Grandma’s Never Fail Fudge

2 c sugar
1/4 c cocoa
1/2 c butter
1/2 c milk
Stir and boil for 10 min or less remove from heat.

Add:
½ tsp vanilla

Put pot in cold water and beat. Add chopped nuts then pour into buttered pan. Let cool.
