1/4 cup flour
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp salt
Cook in 2 T oil, fry until cooked through
Sauce:
1/3 cup broth
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 T peanut butter
1 T honey
1 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp salt
Cook until thicken add 1/4 cup chopped green onion, 1/4 cup chopped red pepper, 1/4 cup chopped peanuts, cilantro or lemon zest.
