Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Tomatoes


4 tomatoes
cook
6 slices bacon
½ c green pepper chopped
½ c onion chopped

add:
1 c shredded cheddar
2 tsp dry mustard
2 tbs chopped parsley
2 tbs crushed chees crackers

scoop out tomatoe centers and fill with mixture, top with crushed crackers and a dot of butter

400 degrees for 25 mins.
