Cheese Turnovers

1 c flour 1 c corn meal ½ c parmesan cheese tsp salt 1 Tbs BP  2 eggs 2 Tbs oil Water to moisten mixture  (approx 1/4 cup) to rolling consistency Cut rolled dough into 4 inch circles and stuff with shredded white cheese and fold circle in half and pinch edges. Deep fry in oil for a few mins. until they turn light brown. Eat with Guacamole *** Fay ***
