Guacamole

Two soft avocados (keep the pits to add to mixture at end they keep the sauce from turning brown)
1 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tsp salt
½ cup of salsa
1 small chopped onion
½ cup of sour cream or more to taste
Blend until smooth
