Borscht
In large pot boil (ham hocks or pork chops, or soup bone) to make broth
Add chopped
Cabbage
Carrots
Potatoes
Onion
Parsley
Salt and pepper
2 cans Tomato Sauce
Simmer several hours and serve with crackers or fresh bread.
