Egg Breakfast Casserole


1 lb ham or sausage
Mix 6 eggs, 2 c milk, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp mustard and
1 c cheddar cheese. Pour over cubed or crumbled meat and
2 slices bread cubed.

refrigerate over night Bake 350 degrees for 45 mins.
