Crust:
1 c flour
½ c soft butter
2 tbsp sugar
Bake 15-20 mins at 350 degrees in 8x8 pan
Layer 1:
8 oz cream cheese
½ c icing sugar
½ - 1 tsp vanilla
Beat and fold in whipping cream
Layer 2:
Prepare lemon pudding and cool.
Spread over layer 1.
Layer 3:
½ c whipped cream over top
