Meringue Shells

4 eggs
1/4 tsp cream of tarter
1 c sugar
1/8 tsp vanilla

Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spoon on the meringue or use pastry tip.
Pre-heat oven to 400˚ then place meringues in oven and turn off heat.
Leave in oven for 2 hours with doors closed.
Makes 10 at 3 ½ “ or 40 at 1”.
