cream:
2/3 c margarine
1 c brown sugar
add:
4 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1/2c corn syrup
3 tsp vanilla
dash of salt
stir to blend. Press in creased 9x13 pan. bake at 375f 12 - 15 min.
cool slightly
Melt 1 10oz pkg chocoate chips with 2/3 c peanut butter.
Spread on cake and store in fridge.
