Peach Salsa 1

2 c peach peeled and chopped
¼ c cucumber
¼ c Green onion
1 whole jalapeño
Pepper
2 Tbs Honey
2 Tbs lime juice
1 Tbs cilantro (or mint)
1 Med tomato
Salt
In food processor chop all to coarse. Makes 3 ½ c.
