Frosted Flake Cookies

Melt 1-bag kraft caramels (they now come in tiny baking balls)
3 Tbs whipping cream
1 Tbs butter
Add mixture to Frosted Flakes and peanuts and drop onto wax paper with spoon and chill to harden.
