Pork Tenderloin With Honey Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins
1/2 tbsp olive oil or butter
garlic cloves finey chopped
Pork Tenderloin Rub:
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp blak pepper
Honey Garlic Sauce:
3 tbsp cider vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
Mix sauce together.
Mix rub ingredients together and sprinkle rub on pork.
Heat oil add pork and sear. Add sauce and transfer to the oven. Roast 15-18 mins.
